JustiTrack – Free Access to Justice

Connecting Abuse Victims with Pro Bono Legal Support

JustiTrack is a digital platform that connects victims of abuse with qualified lawyers offering pro bono legal assistance, while ensuring transparent case tracking and community-driven financial support. Our goal is to make justice accessible to all, regardless of financial means.

Vision

We want to empower individuals to achieve their full potential through transformative education in management and journalism.

Mission

To empower abuse victims, promote ethical legal advocacy, and build public trust through a transparent, accountable platform that connects victims, lawyers, and supportive communities globally.

How It Works

JustiTrack serves as a centralized hub where abuse cases can be reported, verified, legally supported, and ethically funded. The platform ensures victims receive timely legal support while fostering community engagement and transparency. Voluntary donations are welcomed and will be used to support logistical costs of the volunteers.

Case Reporting
  • Any individual, advocate, or blogger can submit a case on behalf of a victim.
  • Submissions include:
    • Nature of the abuse
    • Date and location of the incident
    • Victim’s contact information (protected by strict privacy safeguards)
    • Supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or other evidence
Reporting Individual Selection
  • Bloggers and reporters are evaluated for credibility and ability to submit accurate, detailed, and verifiable cases.
  • Each case undergoes thorough verification by the JustiTrack team before publication.
  • Verification includes fact-checking, consent confirmation, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Approved reporters are then assigned to manage the case responsibly on the platform.
Legal Representation and Oversight
  • Qualified & Pro Bono Lawyers: Any lawyer legally qualified in the relevant jurisdiction may take a case, with all services provided free of charge and in line with professional ethics.
  • Case Assignment & Management: The first suitable, geographically proximate lawyer may take ownership (subject to approval) and must log findings and updates on the platform.
  • Transparency & Supervision: Lawyers provide regular, factual updates while a supervising legal professional ensures ethical conduct, accountability, and due process.
Community Support and Funding
  • Community-Driven Donations: Individuals and organizations worldwide may voluntarily donate, with non-anonymous contributions publicly listed for transparency.
  • Charitable Structure: JustiTrack operates as a charitable initiative; participants should not expect payment for services.
  • Conditional Stipends: Any stipends are donation-funded and disbursed only after a case is successfully resolved in favor of the victim.

Legal Support

Lawyer Engagement

  • Any lawyer legally qualified in the jurisdiction of the abuse may take the case.
  • The first qualified lawyer who contacts the victim and is geographically proximate may take ownership, subject to JustiTrack approval.
  • Lawyers log preliminary findings and ongoing case updates on the platform.

Pro Bono Representation

  • All legal services are provided free of charge, ensuring victims are represented without upfront legal fees.
  • Lawyers adhere to professional ethics and legal standards at all times.

Case Updates and Transparency

  • Assigned lawyers provide regular, factual, non-prejudicial updates on case progress.
  • Updates do not compromise legal strategy, confidentiality, or due process.

Legal Supervisory Oversight

  • A supervising lawyer from the Legal Aid or pro bono system oversees the assigned lawyer.
  • Ensures adherence to professional and ethical standards, preventing compromised or unprofessional performance.
  • Maintains accountability, integrity, and transparency throughout the case.

Community Donations

Community-Driven Donations

  • Individuals and organizations, locally or globally, can voluntarily donate to support cases.
  • All donations (except anonymous contributions) are listed publicly for transparency.

Stipends and Financial Caveat

  • JustiTrack is a charitable initiative, and participants including reporters, lawyers, and volunteers should not expect payment for services.
  • Stipends, if available, are funded by donations and disbursed to volunteers only after a case is successfully resolved in favor of the victim.

Our Commitment

JustiTrack strives to create a safe, reliable, and trustworthy platform where victims’ rights are protected, cases are handled professionally, and the public can participate in supporting justice.
